I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis. I received my Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Rochester in 2021. I am broadly interested in formal political theory and conflict, with a special interest in international dimensions of civil wars. My current research focuses on rebel strategies, state support for insurgent groups, and state formation.
