Liz Wolfson is the media specialist for the Program in Public Scholarship. Previously, she served as managing editor for Sauce, a monthly magazine dedicated to St. Louis’ food and dining culture, and helped launch The Sauce, the magazine’s weekly podcast. She is also a freelance arts writer and has contributed to the Los Angeles Review of Books, Art21 Magazine, and St. Louis Magazine, among others. In 2017, she co-founded Flood Plain, an artist-run gallery space on Cherokee St., which operated until 2020. She holds a PhD in American Studies from Brown University, where she also did work in public humanities, and is a WashU alum.
