Arts & Sciences is a center of intellectual life at Washington University in St. Louis, offering choices in 20 departments, 21 programs and centers, and numerous other academic concentrations spanning the humanities, the social sciences and the natural sciences. More than 70 percent of all University courses are taught by Arts & Sciences faculty.
