Dr. Eleanor Pardini joined the Environmental Studies program in 2010.  She is a plant population ecologist.  She teaches undergraduate courses, mentors undergraduate research, and contributes to future faculty training.

 

In her role with the Environmental Studies Program at Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Pardini leads programmatic curriculum design and learning assessment, teaches undergraduate courses in environmental biology and science communication, mentors undergraduate student research, and contributes to future faculty training. She also engages in institutional antiracism and culture change work. In her research, Dr. Pardini studies population dynamics of rare plants and coastal dune restoration.
