American Women: Two-Piano Works of the Last Three Decades

This alumni feature is in celebration of WUSTL MUSIC’s 75th Anniversary.

The program will include works by Mary Ellen Childs, Gabriela Lena Frank, Amanda Harberg, Libby Larsen, Meredith Monk, Joan Tower, and Dolores White.

Pianists Jae Won Kim and Mark Tollefsen will present an evening of modern masterpieces by some of the most influential living composers. Displaying aspects of each composer’s cultural heritage, from Peruvian folksong to Cuban dance and jazz, the accessible music will make for an evening of musical discovery.

All attendees are required to complete the health screener within 4 hours of their arrival to campus and be prepared to show the "Cleared for Campus" result to the event staff upon entry. All attendees must wear a mask at all times while indoors.
