Streams of Extremity

Ptah Williams and William Lenihan present a collection of new music for their multi-instrumentalist Streams of Extremity project. This modular fusion ensemble performs composed and improvised music based in diverse musical languages. 

Mr. Williams has performed with Lou Donadlson, Fontella Bass, James Moody and is a regular performer with the University City Symphony Orchestra. Lenihan is Director of Jazz Performance at Washington University and has performed with Marc Copland, Ron Carter, Dave Weckl, various orchestras including the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra and new music ensembles in Europe and America. Together they bring a wide field of musical expression to this distinctive ensemble.

 

All attendees are required to complete the health screener within 4 hours of their arrival to campus and be prepared to show the "Cleared for Campus" result to the event staff upon entry. All attendees must wear a mask at all times while indoors.
