Exchange Students at Washington University
Thank you for considering studying abroad at Washington University in St. Louis (WU). We have excellent academic programs as well as a diverse student body. You will be joining a community that includes students from all 50 U.S. states and more than 85 countries around the world. There are also over 200 student groups you can join to immerse yourself further in student culture outside the classroom. The university is located in the vibrant city of St. Louis, which offers many attractions. In all, we think you will have an exciting and enriching time abroad at WU!
Overseas Programs within the Office of International and Areas Studies manages several exchange programs for the College of Arts and Sciences at WU. These include agreements with:
- Bocconi University in Italy
- Universidad Carlos III in Spain
- University of Sussex in the United Kingdom
- Utrecht University in The Netherlands
- Waseda University in Japan
- Yonsei University in the Republic of Korea.
Overseas Programs is responsible for coordinating admission, documentation, enrollment, registration, arrival, housing, and academic advising for undergraduate students from these universities who spend one or two semesters at WU.
