Deadlines
WU application policies, procedures, and deadlines take precedence over those published by affiliated program sponsors and host institutions. Early submission of complete applications and petitions is preferred and suggested. Submission of an incomplete application or petition will delay processing and may preclude admission. All applications are due to the Overseas Programs office unless otherwise noted.

Note: Applicants to SIT programs are strongly encouraged to submit applications to Overseas Programs by January 15 for Fall and Summer programs, and April 15 for Spring programs due to the competitive nature of SIT programs.

*Early application is strongly recommended for all programs. Deadlines that fall on a weekend or holiday are automatically extended to the next workday.
**It is in the student’s best interest to submit his or her petition early to allow ample time to apply to the alternative program if the petition is approved or to make other plans if the petition is denied.
