How can I study the Alexander Technique?
There are many places to study the Alexander Technique, locally, nationally, and abroad with a variety of opportunities such as private lessons and training courses.  The successful applicant will be seriously committed to taking private lessons for personal improvement or professional development, or training to become certified as a teacher of the Alexander Technique.

The applicant is responsible for research and selection of a teacher or school and awards may be used as partial or full payment toward study with any accredited teacher or school.
