This site was designed primarily for users running Netscape 4.79 (or higher) or Internet Explorer 4.x (or higher) with a screen resolution of 800 x 600 (or higher).

This site was designed on a PC with Macromedia's Dreamweaver 4.0 in the spring of 2003 and tested on PC versions of Netscape 4.79, Mozilla 1.03, and Internet Explorer 6.0. The layout was created entirely using tables. The typeface is Garamond, with a secondary default to Times New Roman.
