Wildflower in Battlefield (1974)

Set in the early days of the Korean War, Lee Man-hee’s film views the brutal fighting from the perspective of a young boy who has been adopted as a “mascot” by a group of soldiers. 102 minutes
Man with Three Coffins (1987)

A man travels to Kang-won area to scatter his dead wife’s ashes. Along his journey, he encounters “the ghost of his wife” - a prostitute and a nurse, all of whom looks like his departed spouse. Based on a story by Yi Che-ha. 104 min.
The King and the Clown (2005)

In the years of the infamous King Yeon-san, two clowns start a play that is satirical of the king and become popular among the common people. But soon they get arrested for treason, and they bet their lives on making the king laugh with their play acting. 119 min.
Like a Virgin (2006)

OH Dong-gu believes himself to be female. Although overweight and on the short side, he dreams of becoming the perfect some day, and he devotes himself to mimicking Madonna’s singing and dancing after school. To cover the costs of transsexual surgery, he decides to enter a wrestling competition. 117 min.
