Registering for an ELP Course

 

Full-Time and Part-Time Washington University students

Full-time Washington University students can register on WebSTAC. Log in using your WUSTL Key and select University College, then English Language Programs.

Part-time Washington University students can register in person at the University College office in January Hall, Room 20, or on the University College web site. To register online, follow the University College registration instructions.

For assistance in selecting an appropriate course, students are encouraged to call, email, or meet with an ELP staff member. An instructor will be glad to discuss your academic/professional goals, assess your language needs, and answer any questions you have about ELP courses and other ELP services. WU Postdoctoral Appointees and other WU Employees

Postdoctoral appointees and other WU employees can register in person at the University College office in January Hall, Room 20, or on the University College web site. To register online, follow the University College registration instructions.

For assistance in selecting an appropriate course, Washington University postdocs and other employees are encouraged to call, email, or meet with an ELP staff member. An instructor would be happy to discuss your professional development plan and describe the courses offered by the English Language Programs (ELP). Washington University employees who are eligible for Employee Tuition Remission may be able to take ELP courses at no cost. For more information, see the Washington University Employee Tuition Remission policies. To apply the tuition remission when registering, select "WU Benefit Plans" as your method of payment.

Postdoctoral appointees employed by Washington University may take University College courses for professional development purposes at no cost if their position is covered by the Washington University Postdoctoral Appointee Tuition Policy. To apply the tuition remission when registering, select "WU Benefit Plans" as your method of payment.

Some area employers cover all or part of the cost of University College courses--see your company's Human Resources Department to find out if this type of benefit is available to you. To apply a tuition benefit when registering, select "Non-WU Employees" as your method of payment.

Individuals age 60 or older and members of the U.S. military are encouraged to check with University College to see if they are eligible for a tuition benefit.
