Biographical Information
Marshall Klimasewiski, the Director of the Writing Program,  is the author of two books, both published by W.W. Norton: The Cottagers (a novel; 2006) and Tyrants (short stories; Feb. 2008). His stories have appeared in The New Yorker, The Atlantic Monthly, Tri-Quarterly, The Yale Review, and Ploughshares, and have been included in Best American Short Stories and nominated for a National Magazine Award. He received his MA from the writing program at Boston University and his MFA from Bowling Green State University. He has taught at Washington University since 1999.
