Busch Hall
The interior of Busch Hall, the oldest building on the Danforth Campus, will be completely renovated for the Humanities in Arts & Sciences. The renovated building will be the home of the Department of Asian & Near Eastern Languages and Literatures; the Department of History; Jewish, Islamic and Near Eastern Studies; and Religious Studies, as well as pooled classrooms. Preliminary planning has begun, with the expectation that construction will begin in the summer of 2008 and be completed in the summer of 2009. The standards for the renovation of Busch Hall will be similar to the recently renovated Wilson Hall. Conceptual drawings of the interior layout, details and finishes will be posted on this website as they are available.
