f o r m a t	There are no formal presentations. Each session consists in: two to four short (5mn) 'statements' of what a specific issue looks like, seen from the angle of a particular research programme (assignments for these presentations to be circulated soon...) a free but carefully monitored discussion of the themes outlined in the initial statements. We should try to maintain a small number of 'threads' and address those.

o n a r r i v a l ...	The Crowne Plaza Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Lambert -St. Louis International Airport from 6:00am until 10:00pm daily. When you have retrieved your luggage, simply dial #68 on the red courtesy phone located in baggage claim and their agents will inform you where to meet the driver for pick-up. If you arrive late or for some reason cannot use their shuttle, take a cab from the airport to the Clayton Crown Plaza. This should take about 20mn and cost about $25. Keep a receipt!
m o n e y m a t t e r s...	Invited Participants: Bring receipts for plane tickets, cabs, trains etc. so Kelly Braden can xerox them. She will give you a form so we have your home address, SSN etc. If you are not a US citizen/resident, we will also need to xerox your passport.
